With the warming recipe of our sour cherry cocoa oat porridge, developed in accordance with the 5-element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), you can! The porridge provides your body with all the important nutrients it needs at breakfast time, is easy to digest and good for your immune system. What's more, the fibre contained in the oat bran ensures healthy digestion. The composition of the ingredients covers all five elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water – making it easy to have a balanced breakfast according to the nutritional teachings of TCM.

Preparation

Lecker, einfach zuzubereiten, und sehr wenig Zucker. Keine künstliche Zugabe.

Schmeckt sehr lecker, in Verbindung mit etwas Milch oder Joghurt sehr einfach morgens zu zubereiten mit etwas warmen Wasser. 5 Minuten ziehen lassen und los geht’s.
