Where can I manage my subscription?

How can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscriptions yourself in your customer account. After logging in to your customer account, you can do the following:

  • Skip deliveries
  • Change your delivery address
  • Change your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause your subscription

What payment methods are available for the subscription?

Subscriptions can only be paid for using the payment methods: credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Local payment methods such as Klarna and Sofort Überweisung are not available to purchase subscriptions.

Which products are available by subscription?

Products can only be purchased by subscription if the options for subscription configuration are displayed on the product details page.

How many products can I buy at the same time with a subscription?

You can subscribe to as many products as you like at the same time. This is therefore a shopping basket subscription (provided that all the products it contains have been selected for recurring delivery in the form of a subscription).

Can I cancel my subscription?

All our subscriptions are valid for an unlimited period and have no minimum term. Each subscription can be cancelled by you (the buyer) or us (the seller) at any time without giving reasons.

To cancel your subscription, send us an email at shop@verival.at with your contract number.

Are current online store promotions applicable to the subscription?

Automatic or code-based promotional discounts and “buy X, get Y” discounts, as well as free shipping, do not apply to subscription deliveries.

Are there any shipping costs for the subscription?

For subscription deliveries that do not reach the free shipping limit, shipping costs will be charged based on shipping weight and destination country.

Will I be notified when my next shipment has been sent?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail from us when your next delivery is due.

Can I still pause my currently shipped delivery?

Subscription deliveries that we have already started before receiving your cancellation and for which we have already sent you a corresponding shipping confirmation will still be charged and delivered.

How do I get the 10% discount on subscriptions?

The 10% discount will be deducted immediately from the product price and will not be shown separately as a discount. The 10% discount is automatically included in all subsequent subscription orders.

Do I need a customer account for the subscription?

Yes, please create a customer account before taking out your subscription. You can set up an account here.

Is the subscription only available to private customers?

Yes, the Verival subscription is only available for private customers and not for business customers.
