Then our new protein oat couscous with ras el hanout and sweet potato is the ultimate solution for you. Our gluten-free oat-based couscous is refined with chickpea flakes, sweet potato pieces, almonds, hemp seeds and the oriental spice ras el hanout. The complex carbohydrates in the oats cause your blood sugar to rise only slowly, you are fuller for longer and cravings don't stand a chance! Our oat couscous is also a great source of vegetable proteins and provides your muscles with the energy they need.
You can easily prepare the oat couscous as a lunch or dinner. All you have to do is pour hot milk, vegetable drink or water over the mixture and let it steep for 5 minutes. You can also simply prepare the oat couscous cold. Pour a little more cold liquid over the mixture and let the oat couscous steep for about an hour or overnight.
So it's particularly quick and easy to prepare, and without any cooking. It's also perfect for taking to the office or preparing at work. It's also super handy for your mountain adventures and excursions. You can easily add fresh or cooked vegetables to the oat couscous, and sheep's cheese is an excellent topping.

Pour 70 g of the basic mixture (6 tablespoons) into a bowl with approx. 150 ml (depending on how thick you like it) of hot milk, plant-based drink alternative or hot water, stir, leave to swell for 5 minutes and enjoy warm. ‘Overnight Couscous’: Pour a little more cold milk over it and leave it in the fridge overnight.
