Prebiotic porridge for a healthy intestinal flora

A warm and fibre-rich breakfast is easy to digest and good for your immune system. The complex carbohydrates in wholemeal oats cause your blood sugar to rise only slowly, you stay full longer and cravings don't stand a chance! The porridge is also a great source of vegetable proteins and provides your muscles with the energy they need. The prebiotic fibres from chicory inulin and Jerusalem artichoke serve as food for the beneficial intestinal bacteria and have a positive effect on the composition and activity of the intestinal bacteria. They also prevent constipation and boost your digestion. Thanks to the natural sweetness of raspberries and other fruits, no added sugar is needed, giving you an all-round delicious, low-calorie breakfast. By the way, the porridge is prepared in just 3 minutes, without any cooking.

For the basic recipe, pour 50 g (6 tbsp) of the mixture into a bowl with approx. 110 ml (depending on how runny you like it) of hot milk or a plant-based alternative, stir, leave to swell for 3 minutes and enjoy warm.
For overnight oats, pour a little more cold milk over the mixture and leave in the fridge overnight.
