Breakfast To-Go to get you started
In recent years, taking or buying the first and most important meal of the day has become a real trend. This "to-go" trend can be divided into two types:
On the one hand, you can buy your breakfast at the supermarket or bakery, for example, and then eat it on the go or at work. While this is simple and convenient, it clearly has one huge drawback: the large amounts of waste produced by disposable coffee cups and packaging of the purchased food.
Or, you can easily prepare your favorite breakfast at home and pack it up to enjoy it on the go or at school, university, or the office. The homemade breakfast to-go may seem very elaborate at first glance – but it is not! It's even a real problem solver: Easy. If you're not hungry in the morning, you can enjoy your healthy breakfast on the go whenever and wherever you want.
Time-saving . Those of you who like to sleep in and then find they have too little time to eat breakfast at home can prepare your breakfast the night before and just snack on it on the go. Two matching overnight oats recipes to prepare in the evening can be found here .
Convenient. You can use an old jam jar, mason jar, or container for your prepared breakfast. In it, your breakfast not only looks nice, but is also well protected from annoying leaks. You can find more inspiration for containers for your breakfast to-go here.
Environmentally friendly. Thanks to the reusable containers for your breakfast to-go, you can easily save on the many packaging waste from the bakery or supermarket and do something good for the environment at the same time.
If you don't feel like eating the same thing every day, today we have two tasty recipe inspirations for you that will surely make September a "septemmmhber."

To remain efficient, our brains must be constantly supplied with energy.
Work Snacks for Fresh Energy
At school, university, or work, it is necessary to remain focused and efficient for long periods. When it comes to finding the right snacks for this, nuts should definitely be the first choice. Nuts have a positive effect on our brains and their performance. Vitamins and minerals, such as lecithin and various B vitamins, like vitamin B1, found in nuts are responsible for increasing the performance of our brains.
To optimally support your brain during work, a handful of nuts (about 20-30g) is optimal. Our organic "Early Bird" nut mix consists of almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and walnuts, providing your brain with long-term energy. If you prefer something a little more fruity, we recommend our organic nut-fruit mix "Work out" . Dried fruits also help us stay concentrated longer, as the complex carbohydrates in dried fruits are slowly broken down and released into the blood gradually but continuously.
Cereal bars are also a tasty way to energize yourself and your brain while working. They are easy and quick to prepare, and you can make them on the weekend for the entire week ahead. A
